FIR on a Cat

A very amazing news strike while surfing through local news channels .The whole story started when a person living in Delhi lodge the FIR against his neighbour’s cat on killing and consuming his twelve hens.Though police refused to do so as there is no provision for something like this in Indian constitution. Meanwhile the owner of the hens has made up his mind to take this case into Supreme Court. Looks like now there will be separate constitution for animals in future.
